Yes, wireless (WiFi) and wired (UTP) internet access is available in all rooms, including the common areas and garden. There are several transmitters in the complex which have different designations – FONTANA2, FONTANA 3, etc. There is a single password for all networks which can be found on a plastic stand placed on the table in the room. Connect to the network with the strongest signal. A separate password must be entered for each network. If you have trouble connecting, please contact the front desk for assistance.

No, we only offer breakfast. There are a number of other restaurants in the surrounding area, such as the popular microbrewery Na Kopečku or Astra Restaurant. There is also the possibility of having food delivered for you to eat in your room. The food can be ordered, for example from Coolnasy.cz.
No later than 18:00 on the day before arrival, otherwise the first night of the booked stay will be charged. The same conditions apply if the stay is shortened, unless an individual agreement has been made with reception. If the reservation is for more than 3 nights, different cancellation policies may apply.
Arrival is possible from 13:00 or before 13:00 by arrangement with the reception, at no extra charge, but we can only tell you the morning of arrival according to the current situation (depending on the departure of guests and the speed of cleaning). Late arrivals after 22:00 must be notified in advance.
The room must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of check-out. In case of extended stay, 25% of the room rate will be charged until 15:00, 50% until 20:00, but this is only possible upon agreement with reception (depending on the arrival of additional guests).
In our B&B the price is per room, regardless of the number of persons, including extra beds. There is no charge for extra persons.
The guesthouse does not have a permanent reception, although the owners live in the property (but are not always at home 🙂 ). It is therefore necessary to arrange an arrival time so that the receptionist is available for your check-in. In some cases we may even ask you to call us half an hour before your arrival.

Yes, all rooms have a private bathroom/shower and separate toilet (except Zuzka’s, where the toilet is part of the shower). Marie even has a shower and separate bathroom with a hot tub. The bathrooms/showers have an infrared radiator (except Annette’s) and some rooms (Annette, Marie, Ester, Viola, Lucie, Sofie) have electric underfloor heating. There are soap dispensers at all sinks, showers and baths. Each guest has their own towel and bath towel. There are hair dryers in the bathrooms/showers and mirrored lockers with cups, towels and ear cleaners (called earplugs :).
No, guests have keys to enter the building along with keys from the front desk. When leaving, keys are handed to the front desk or placed in the key box at the front entrance.
Yes, it is possible, but you must have paid for your accommodation in advance and provided your personal details for guest registration (online check-in). In this case, we will place the keys in the box at the main entrance and give you the code to open it along with further instructions.

During the heating season, guests are asked for the desired room temperature on arrival and this is set centrally via a computer in the electronic control system. To change the temperature, please contact reception. Opening the windows is ineffective in lowering the temperature as the system stops heating when a window is opened in the room and reaches the set temperature again when it is closed.
The attic rooms (Lucie, Viola, Zuzka and Sofie) have air conditioning that can be used in summer to cool the room or for ventilation. Control appliances are available in the rooms. It is forbidden to open the windows (including the fan) when the air conditioning is on, as then the air conditioning is ineffective and can be damaged.
It is forbidden to use own heating or other energy consuming appliances under a fine of 500 CZK. Our guest house strives to use particularly energy-saving appliances, such as heat pumps, to save the environment.
Each bed has its own bed linen (including mattress protector) and bedside table with lamp. Each room has a work or dining table and a large wardrobe. The rooms have flat screen TVs (about 100 cm diagonal) with antenna and satellite reception (in Zuzka only antenna) and remote control. Some TVs even have an internet connection so you can use internet TV channels or run a web browser. At the entrance to the room there is a niche for stowing outside clothes, a full-length mirror, a shoe shelf with a spoon and a shoe brush (except in Zuzka where it doesn’t fit in the hallway). All rooms (except Martha’s) have an entrance hall and a kitchen or kitchenette (facilities listed below)
Annette and Maria have a separate kitchenette, which is located next to the kitchen. The other rooms (except Zuzka) have kitchenettes which have a microwave, induction hob (with extractor hood), dishwasher, fridge, kettle, frying pan, 2 pots (large and small), crockery, cutlery, basic kitchen utensils, cups, mugs, coffee and tea. Zuzka room has only basic equipment – microwave, fridge and kettle.
IKEA’s Exarby sofa beds are available as extra beds in the rooms. They are 2 metres long and 120 cm wide (140 cm in the Ester), so they can sleep up to 2 children. As they are only split lengthways (not crosswise), they are also suitable for long stays.
Ongoing cleaning is by arrangement with the guest. Some guests do not wish the maid to enter their room, while others require a constant change of towels and bath towels. This depends on the guest’s preference.
We recommend that the room is intensively ventilated about twice a day or as needed, opening the entire window for a maximum of 5 minutes in winter and 10 minutes in spring and autumn.
Yes, this is possible by appointment with reception. We do not show only rooms where guests are staying, but only arranged empty rooms.
Because we pay a fee to the City of Swiatow for each person and night, and under current law we are required to register each person staying in the guest register. In addition, we are required to report guests with foreign citizenship to the Foreign Police and register them in the guest book.
