It is our wish that you will be satisfied with your stay with us. Therefore, we ask you to respect the following principles:

  • The reservation is binding and in case of cancellation, it must be made no later than 18:00 on the previous day of arrival, otherwise the 1st night of the booked stay will be charged. In case the reservation is for more than 3 room nights, different cancellation policies may apply.
  • The stay starts at 13:00 and ends at 11:00 the following day. For extended occupancy, we reserve the right to charge 25% of the room rate until 3pm and 50% until 8pm. It is possible to occupy the room before 13:00, without surcharge, upon agreement with the reception.
  • Parking in the closed car park is included in the price. If the car park is occupied, no discount is available.
  • When booking, the choice of a specific room is considered a preference and cannot be considered binding. The landlord has the right to change the room depending on previous and subsequent bookings by other guests. If the room is changed, the guest is guaranteed the price confirmed in their booking.
  • Pets can be accommodated for the price of 200 CZK if the rules are respected (the pet can only sleep in its own bed, it must not be noisy, otherwise it can be banned from the pension without refund)
  • The guest is obliged to pay for any loss or damage to inventory caused during his stay at the guesthouse.
  • It is forbidden to use own heating or other energy consuming appliances under a fine of 500 CZK. We will be happy to adjust the temperature to the desired level.
  • The entire pension, including the rooms, is non-smoking. Violation of the ban will be fined 1000,- CZK.
  • The guest is obliged to register all guests in advance.
  • The bill must be settled before or on arrival by one of the possible methods (in Czech or acceptable foreign currency or by credit card)
  • It is forbidden to move the furniture in or out of the room in any way, with the exception of pushing the beds together or apart.
  • The guest is obliged to respect the night silence in the boarding house, which lasts from 10 pm to 6 am, and not to disturb other guests staying in the public areas of the boarding house or from the room where he is staying. In case of its violation, he is obliged to pay a fine of CZK 500 for each case of violation.
  • The price list of services is an integral part of the accommodation rules.
  • The staff of the guesthouse is obliged to help you in any situation or assist you in solving it. Therefore, please contact them with confidence.
